Gen Z is reported to make up 30% of the American workforce in the next 8 years, so it is critical that this audience locks in Indeed as their preferred companion for success in the professional world. The $35 million question remains, "How do we effectively reach this audience?"

The franchise is a veteran-owned business operating in one of the most active military communities in the world, and it is paramount that they increase and maintain brand awareness among an ever-changing audience of homeowners, prospective real estate agents, and military families.

Hawaii Pacific University is a private higher education institution located in downtown Honolulu that actively welcomes new students who are looking for something different than your traditional four-year program. Always chasing after the next cohort of prospective students, HPU needs a revamp of their social media presence on Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. They are looking for something that will appeal to the tech- and trend-savvy generation that always has their eye on their choices of colleges, as well as maintaining a fun and inventive use of brand identity to appeal to their current students.

CONCEPT WORK
This is where tongue and cheek gets literal. Where collegen and seratonin shake hands. Brands that never existed – and maybe never will – but some that conjured some pure, modestly unhinged fun once upon a time in a design studio at 1 AM. These were the ideas that couldn't sleep – from flirty gay bars to editorial plant science.
